Prefer PHP, please contact me if you code in another language. You will be coding from a PSD file I will be providing you. The coding will be very basic such as managing the site through the admin panel. The site is similar to [url removed, login to view] but fewer functions. The site will have a user database which will be sharing the same username, password and information as a vbulletin forum. Coding extention should be hidden, for example, if the page the user on is downloads, the page should show [url removed, login to view] not [url removed, login to view] You must be experienced, I cannot afford lost time and poor coding.
