Cellphone Unlocking API integration

Hi, I need to integrate an API into a PHP page which I will then host on my own server. Below is the documentation given by the site for the API. I will also need a database setup. Basically, I already have customer information from a curl post: (phone's IMEI number, model, provider, email address) I need to transmit this information to the unlocking company server throught the API (parameters data) The information i get back from the API is associated to customer information (email adress) and has to be inserted to a database. The PHP pages MUST be compatible with PHP 5.3 I will give the winner my individual API key, however, the documentation given by the api admin is attached which should be enough for a quote. This should not be difficult, only around a $20-$70 job... Again, I only want a SEND -> RECEIVE -> INSERT the information into database. system that works fine and compatible with the PHP5.3 as it seems there is a lot of deprecated functions.
