Catalog box change osCommerce

I need to have the default on the present category box changed. You can see the site at [login to view URL] When you first enter the site all the categories are closed, when you click on a category it opens up one level. I would like the default to be all of the categories opened up one level without needing to click on the categories. If you have any questions let me know
