Booking Hotel and Reservation Script ASAP

We are after a Hotel Reservation script to be built.
This script will have 4 functions
1 being the Hotel Acccommodation reservation site which a user searches a date with number of nights and gets which rooms are available
2 being Hotel Admin area where the hotel can update availability and other information also run reports on bookings.
3. My Booking area which is an area where the customer can view there booking information..
4. Admin Area where I can run reports also add and remove also update hotels password.
This site will be a multiple booking site so hotels will be hotelid: 45656 so I can add booking on there own web sites which will come to mine.
I will like to see examples of booking web sites you have made this is going to have around 20 to 30 hotels on it so the hotels will have there own admin area where they can add room types also room numbers and prices and i will have my super admin area to add hotels
If you have not created a booking hotel web site script please do not bid on this project only people with feedback will be looked at....
