Basic CSS work on a wordpress website

The website is [login to view URL] We need this project STARTED and COMPLETED IMMEDIATELY Okay, first I want to make the text that is behind the green background near the top on the right side white, it is currently black I want that text as well as the read more link to be white I want to be able to change both of those colors in the stylesheet in the future by only changing one color The second issue is this, the dark gray horizontal banner at the top. You can see that there is a small white gap between the bottom of the banner and the top of the featured article display I want to remove that white space so that the gray banner sits flush with the green edge In the center of the page is a widget that displays popular articles, recent comments, and most commented articles I want to display those tabs, in all capital letters This means that I only want popular articles, recent comments, and most commented, to be all capitalized Just the text that is on those little tabs that you can click on Then, I want to make that font bold As well as all of the other title sections on the main page This includes the archives, categories, everything on the left sidebar, all of the tabs as I just mentioned, the featured video in market analysis, e-mail subscription, basically I just want all of that text to be in bold so it matches the style of the menubar Everything I've circled I want to be displayed in bold font And I always wanted to display in bold font, no matter what page that those widgets happen to be displayed on
