Banner Exchange Pause Credits

Have a live banner exchange running. Need a mod done to the system to allow users to click a link to pause their credits and keep their banner from being show in the exchange. However their credits will still be shown on their site so the system will continue to give them credits they earn. Only thing pause mod will do is stop showing that users banner, and allow them to start building up credits. Another exchange has the same exact feature moreplayerz.com. This is a 10 minute mod, can do the work myself... but have too much on my plate to worry with it. If you can do this project and have 10 minutes to earn some $ let me know. Need completed ASAP!
