Adjustments of webpage with jquery / php calculator form

Hello, We currently have a webpage that contains a page where customers can configure a product. This is made with jquery and php. It automaticly calculates the prive of the product with the selected options and when the customer is ready, they can press send. We then receive an e-mail with all the details. We want to make this form more dynamic with tabs (Step by Step) and after each step a nice looking fade in fade out. We look forward to your bids. Thank you.
