Admin panel development changes and API customization

Hi Guys, I want some customization to be made in Admin panel that is already built in CakePHP and MySql for my iPhone Application. Code should be clean and optimized after all Web services are heart of application. Through Admin panel , Admin is able to manage Vendors, Distributors. I want you to add Retailers to this list. I mean I should be able to add/edit/delete, sort or search Retailers in Admin Panel and develop web services for the same. Looking forward to hear from Experts and start project immediately.
