Chrome extension to automatically BCC every email sent in Outlook.com

I would like to have a Chrome browser extension written that will automatically BCC a specific email address on everything I send from Outlook.com. This includes Compose, Reply, Reply All and Forward. Please note, this is for the web-based email service [login to view URL] (NOT desktop Outlook) The extension will automatically open the BCC field, show and insert the same BCC email address for every message I send in Outlook.com. It must work in all 4 of the email functions: Compose, Reply, Reply ALL and Forward. The settings of the extension is where the user will set the BCC email addresses. Ideally I would like to be able to have multiple BCC emails, separated by a comma and space.
