CRELoaded - One Page Checkout

I need someone to change a CRELoaded website's original checkout process to an easier, one page checkout process with options to signup during the checkout process instead of as the first step. In other words, the password fields would be in the form, but optional. The website is grab 1 bar dot com (remove the spaces). Please give an accurate timeframe and the cost. Also, reference "creloaded opc" in a message when bidding so I know that you read this. Thank you.
