Cakephp and Youtube api expert required

Hello, I have an incomplete video contests website and need someone to continue the work and get that off the ground. Before doing rest of points from the list, I want someone to complete video stuff on my website. Contestants to be able to upload videos to the contests running on our website, but those videos will be stored on third party hosting site (may be youtube), but it should not be able to be viewed outside of our website. I think youtube unlisted feature will work here? PLEASE DON'T BID YOU HAVEN'T WORKED ON YOUTUBE API AND CAKEPHP TOGETHER!
