Pain - the pdf document are very restrictive - to convert it to document like ms word - the document becomes very dirty and have to clean it up. There are too many formatting issues and it is very difficult to copy and paste by the content developer to create only the content needed from the ddf. To convert it directly to XML again have to clean it and is time consuming. the content developer donot understand XML do they need well formatted document to read and create their own document as per their requirements. I need to have a well formatted document to then analyse the pdf content and only use the content in the pdf to create another well formatted document which then is converted to HTML to be rendered in the web environment. so To create a small application to do the following 1. take a pdf document and use only needed information in the document to make it web ready - preferably to create well formatted XML which can then be used to generate only the contented needed to different meduim - print (ms word) or web. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
