change basic php script output to soap object output

The task is to change the current html output

to a SOAP output object.

The current output is got from calling a .php script which has

one parameter, and returns data in html output etc

The parameter is used to retrieve the information from

a mysql database. It looks up two simple tables.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
