Display Results from XML Feed

I have an XML feed that retrieves job listings from simplyhired.com. I need it to display these listings on a page with a search box to search these listings. This is a very simple coding job as the full API instructions are included and the search is a feature provided by simply hired. My major requirement is that I get this done within 8 hours. I am willing to pay extra for fast work. I need this TODAY.
