Customize ModernBill Theme

I would like to have my ModernBill Theme customized to match the colors and theme of my main web site ([url removed, login to view]). This should consist of: 1). Login Screen 2). Customer Area 3). Admin Area Anything that can be done in the theme to increase the ease of use and layout of ModernBill would be good. Any existing graphics should be replaced with custom graphics that match the color layout of the main site. Unfortunately, ModernBill does not provide very good documentation on theme creation. However, all of the themes that are included with the software are stored in one directory, so someone should be able to view the existing theme sets and learn how to modify them. Some PHP will be required. This is on a live billing system that is in use every day. I can't give admin access to the system, but I can test your work as we progress. I can, however, create a user account and an FTP account so you can access the themes folder on the server and test the login and user areas on your own.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
