Custom PHP Content Management System for Website

Need a custom PHP content management system built for a Desktop / Laptops website. This will include switching out specs, images, etc for individual systems. PHP expert required. Need someone who knows how to custom build a content management system in PHP. It should be fairly simple, users need to be able to add either a new Desktop or a new Laptop to the website, and input their own images and specs along with it.
