Create Magento template from PSD

Magento project that is currently in design phase needs to have template built from PSD. This is a hurry project and template needs to be finished by Wed,Jan 27th, end of day CET. Currently we have a draft homepage design proposal, with a final homepage design expected to be approved on Thursday, Jan 21st. Other pages, such as product listing, product details and generic subpage will be delivered over the weekend, in Monday at latest. So, you will receive a PSD homepage on Thursday, and the other pages over the following days, not later than Monday morning. You will also receive QA analysis on Thursday, Jan 28th and will be expected to correct all the bugs found by Friday morning. It's a tight schedule, so please do not bid if you cannot follow it. Also, please supply examples of your previous Magento template builds when bidding. Attached is the draft homepage mockup for you to see what ammount of work we're talking about. Two images at the top should be built as static blocks, but will also have to have a string representation of the text (for SEO). We are willing to pay more if you can make the text controllable using Backend admin panel, so that will be a plus when choosing a coder.
