Convert Joomla 1.5 Module & Extension to J2.5 & 3.0

I have an old Joomla 1.5 module and companion component that I need updated to Joomla 2.5 as well as Joomla 3.0. Both files are small - combined they're only 20kb. They're for a product I designed called Joomla Stock. It's in the extension library if you need/want to know more. I'm including the files so you can look at them. I don't anticipate this will take more than a few hours for a skilled Joomla developer. It should be pretty simple & fast. Notes: A few VERY IMPORTANT things: (1). I get a lot of people who bid without reading the project. Please use the PMB to say "Hunter - I've read your project and will let you know if I have questions." If you don't have that I won't accept your bid. Generally 1/2 of the bids don't have that line. (2). Payment will be through escrow. (3). Please link to other Joomla extensions you've designed. (4). I'll want to retain exclusive rights to the extension upon it's completion. (5). Please let me know what questions you have.
