CSS / XHTML Pages from Photoshop PSD's (Price Per-Page / Large Volume)

**IMPORTANT NOTE: **This bid is for a single first project, although we have a very large volume of work available. It is important to read the full description before bidding. We do a large volume of slicing and we require a CSS slicer who is available every day, responds quickly, and *specializes* in CSS / XHTML only. This is a potential for full-time work in CSS and we only consider people who work in CSS full-time, those who are reliable, 7-days a week. *We pay extra bonuses for good work, when layouts are perfect upon completion. * **Project Details:** CSS Design based on well-documented, layered PSD's. All supporting fonts, files, specifications are provided. The provider should know English well (we pay extra for good communication). All designs must be **pixel-perfect** paying close attention to margins, padding, font-sizes, leading (line-height), and other detailed elements. Important: The CSS author must be familiar with using screen-shots of the CSS website over the PSD, to proof and perfect the minor details of the CSS layout. If you understand what we mean by this, please mention it in your bid. The candidate must be detail-oriented. If you do not specify that you are "detail oriented and guarantee pixel-perfect CSS layouts" in your bid, the bid will not be considered. Code must be valid/standardized CSS/XHTML, without using tables or deprecated HTML for layout. The Freelancer must be able to design 'strict', well-formed, very clean and readable CSS / XHTML. You must have the ability to slice and export correctly / intelligently (knowing when to go to low-bit-depth GIF's v. JPG at which compression ratio, etc). You must be knowledgeable with DHTML to implement occasional sliding menus and similar items. Please mention this in your bid. ## Deliverables * Fully proofed, W3C Verified CSS / XHTML Pages The price quoted is for a basic 5 page "micro site" or doorway pages. However, after this first project, we will structure a weekly price for ongoing, full-time work if this suits your interests. * We pay extra bonuses for good work, when layouts are perfect upon completion. * You must be available to reply to emails or Instant Messages quickly. Delivery time should be 1-2 Days. ## Platform We prefer providers who hand-code CSS, rather than those using Web Design tools.
