CSS Menu that have to be fixed

Hello CSS coders. I do have problem with a CSS menu. The manu I want fixed is here on [login to view URL] It must be TRANSPARENT in IE6, IE7 and FireFox. Now the transparency is ok on all 3 browsers and the menu functions like it should only in FF. In IE the 3rd submenu does not appear (look in the Consulting/Services). The language menu is positioned in the top of the page, rightside. The site is built with Smarty and I'll offer support for those that are not familiarized with. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CSS
