CLEAN UP ORDER FORM!(repost)

I need someone to clean my order form up somehow.. [login to view URL] I'm trying to have the upsell box and the order form centered perfectly at the bottom. Right now, it's in the left column. Right now, it's almost perfect. I have the product at the top across two columns.. I have the order details on the left. I have the graphics on the right column. I just need the upsell and order form to be perfectly centered at the bottom without throwing off the other three parts.
