Build a Ecommerce WebSite from Ground Up.

I am looking for someone to Develop a Website from Ground Up. The Coder will be responsible for providing 3 templates Initially. I will select one and then the coder will use that template to implement the following functionality. 1. The website should be user friendly and the webpage should load fast on a 56k Modem Line. 2. The website should be SEO Optimized. I need it to show up on top 10 list on yahoo, msn and google search. 3. The Upload of new products should be very simplified. 4. I should be able to get Monthly sales report from it. 5. The website Shopping Cart should be paypal intergrated and 2checkout integrated. Once the payment is received, it should automatically email the customer his/her download link. I dont sell a physical product. I sell electronically downloadable product. 6. Users should be able able to add them email list and take themselves off it. 7. The user can create a User account or shop directly without a creating a user account. 8. It should have the capability to accept Coupon Codes. 9. It should have a link exchange page. 10. It should have product search capability and contact us page as well. 11. All searches made by users should be logged. 12. I will need 1 month of support after the site goes live. 13. All Logos and icons will be made by you. 14. Lastly I need Subscription services. All users should be able to join a subscription group where they are automatically billed every month. NOTE: With you bid send me details on What you have done in the Past, the platform you will be coding on and the technologies you will be using (Eg Oscommerce) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
