We would like a simple program that allows us to take a spreadsheet and upload it to basecamp from 37 signals.
It would then include data for the client, project, milestone, milestone date, to do list name, to do list , staff and due date.

The program should first choose the data type ( native excel would be great, csv would also work) , create the new project in basecamp, assign the client ( or add a new client if one doesn't exist), create the milestones, create the project to do lists and the create the todos with a due date and staff assigned.
