Astrology Website Design

We need a site layout that will feature a prominent astrologer whose details will be provided upon bid acceptance. There will be three different types of astrology featured: * Greek * European * Vedic There will be a section for each type. The site itself must have a consistant style, but each section should also be sufficiently different from one another. We need a **unique** and **original** design that remains consistant on every page. The site will serve to provide information about the astrologer, their services, and it will enable the astrologer to construct articles and allow users to post comments about them. This specific functionality is **NOT** required for the project, we will add this ourselves. We mention this so that you have a better understanding of what the end product will be. Use of flash is not discouraged, but please keep it in taste and to a minimum. We want users without flash to enjoy the site, too. We do not like the 'busy' look, however ## Deliverables All of the requirements posted within the description. Additionally: * **ALL SOURCE FILES** (.PSD, .FLA, etc) for site. * Image slices for site. * W3C compliant HTML, CSS (must use style sheets!) * Original stock photos for images * Site must be web optimized (works in IE, Firefox, Safari), images need to be optimized. * Cannot be used in any current or future portfolio. * All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It should display the same in IE6+, Mozilla based browsers (ie. firefox), and Safari.
