Please see attached sample Word docs that came with MS Accounting 2007. They are invoice templates and are similar except for formatting and some additional fields in one.
According to MS Accounting Help, one should be able to add XML tags to these documents. It is NOT just a simple matter of adding new KEYWORDS fields.
I am not sure this can be done, contrary to what the MS Accounting Help says. That Help says nothing of how to do this, but refers one to MS Word Help. You must have Word 2003 or later to add tags; the Word 2003 Help on adding tags refers to a pane that does not display for me, and additional Help indicates this pane may be unavailable once a certain data editing view is selected. And honestly I have no clue how to use XML and don't have time to figure this out.
In order to accept your bid you must prove to me you can and have added a tag to one of these templates, or can prove definitively that this cannot be done. Please attempt to add tags with names "To" and "From". These are fields that have been added to an MS Accounting 07 Invoicing entry form.
Many thanks to all who bid.
