Action Scripter / PHP / XML

This is the second time I'm using this site to outsource work - the first was very successful and led on to several projects completed but unfortunately the person I have been using is tied up on a large project for a number of months. Therefore I'm looking to form a few different ongoing working relationships which I can fall back on as and when I need to. Primarily my need is for a competent Action Scripter who can help me out with certain tasks but must have an a good knowledge of PHP and XML in order to build various admin systems. Most importantly I need someone who understands good design and the need for a crisp fresh presentation. My aim is to start with a few simple projects to see how we work together - I don't mind where you are based as I can pay by Paypal but I do require a reasonable level of English to communicate briefs. The main project I have in mind is to build an Image Library in Flash and PHP (NO MySQL Database)... The model for this is [login to view URL] The site needs the following features: • Whole site maintained by admin panel (Upload images / edit text etc) • Images / products can be searched in Flash • Images / products can be arranged in categories and sub categories (and so on) • Images / products when selected will display information (price, style, keyword etc) • Images / products can be added to basket within Flash for online purchase.
