A wordpress theme required

I am looking for someone to create a "PROFESSIONAL" Wordpress Theme that would look like apprx like this, [login to view URL] Oh, and this is not all. The Theme needs to be submitted in the wordpress directory under my author name and the theme belongs to me only. I will provide you with the user and password for my wordpress account so you can submit it. NOTE: You will need to follow their STRICT guidelines of wordpress before submitting the theme. Theme approval takes around 1 to 5 days, only if the theme will be accepted to be listed in [login to view URL] i will pay you for your work. If the theme will be declined then i will not pay you. If you accomplish and submit with success the theme then we can cooperate for a long-term ... ( I can afford 4 for now and then 5-6 per month ).This is not one time work, i want to upload at least 5 themes per [login to view URL] you can do 1 or all the 4 themes let me know.
