A custom plugin for our website. -- 2

We need a custom plugin that has a set of features that integrate with Buddypress. Our website is closed and user accounts are created by admins so we need to have a page within the front end that will show when the user first logs in with the details they get sent and we need it to block access to all other pages and redirect back until the action on this page is performed. The action that needs performed is linking the users account with a Google or YouTube account. Once this is done then they have access to the site. The plugin needs to add some custom non editable fields to their buddypress profile and also force their username to the Google username. The field has to be their YouTube channel link. We also need the second part of the plugin or another plugin to handle analytics that are shown in the buddypress profile. It needs to show information on their linked youtube channel such as views, likes, comments and earnings from adsense. And also to autograb any videos that get uploaded to that channel and post it in their profile on buddypress.
