Wordpress Unique Serial Number Generator with Timestamp and Front End Validation

I'm looking for a very simple Wordpress plugin that will enable a random unique number (serial number) to be generated and will be displayed on front end using shortcode. This plugin must also allow ability to make an expiration date for the unique numbers (admin > timestamp + ___ days) that will also display on front end using shortcode. Example: [serial-number] [serial-number-expiration].

The expiration date will be used on the back end to validate serial number. User will input serial number on front end page form using shortcode [serial-validation-page] and response will be "EXPIRED" or "VALID" based on expiration date check.

- Must not change any Wordpress core code

- Must be Wordpress 3.6+ compatible

- Freelancer must be able to communicate in English and accessible by online chat

- Test environment for demo is important
