Customize Joombri freelancing (urgent)(1 week)

Major Requirements: 1. I want to edit the source code for joombri to create a new instant messaging system on my website here: [login to view URL] to allow admin to moderate messages, allow admin to add new files to a project, and allow admin to change the winning bidder 2. "Private Messages" tab,- I want that page to be like this: [login to view URL] we allow our freelancers to bid on projects, we want to show individual message threads for each bidder, The buyer can then select which bidder he/she wants to talk to, Currently, the systen shows messages from all the bidders on the same thread. 5. I want the buyer to be identified by the userid instead of the username, So, instead of "testbuyer1", the bidder should see the userid. Should be done throughout the system in pages like the dashboard, notification area, and news feed. 6. I want to be able to edit/ moderate each message in the backend, Currently, joombri only has the option to "remove" inappropriate messages, I want admin to have the option to edit or remove inappropriate 7. I want admin to be able to upload a file to either delivered files section or order instructions sections. Admin can send a file to the buyer incase the freelancer is unable to upload it, The "Delivered Files " tab is where the freelancer delivers the work to the client. 8. I want the admin to be able to change the freelancer who selected for an order. We already have this but an admin cannot change that field. 9. in Finance: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I dont want to bidder to see the whole amount released. I want them to see only their part For example. if a project is worth $50 and our commision is 50% , i want them to see only $25, not $50. 10. joombri allows us to set the commission. My current version is 1.3.1. But new joombri is 1.3.4. I want to upgrade the backend to 1.3.4.. 11. I want the admin to be able to add a message to an order message thread 12. When a freelancer uploads a paper, the client receives an inbox message here: [login to view URL] . I want it to be show in the instant message thread on the order page 13. I want the writer/client to get a notification when the order status changes. When an order is set to revision, the writer should be given an “accept/reject” option. Accept confirms the order to revision. Reject takes the order back to delivered. On the other hand, the buyer will get a notification that the writer has either accepted or rejected the revision request 14. I want the client to be able to specify the deadline and information for a revision request before when they click the “revision” button. The revision instructions should be sent as a instant message 15. Auto accept escrow payments 16. Client can upload files to an order in progress
