Customization on Real Estate Theme, Wordpress.

Hello, I purchased on Realist theme (themeforest- [login to view URL]) and i need a little customization. First i want that people can select the city, and once they select the city, it will show the districts in that particular city alone. It´s the same that return results in a new field or in the same field. To change cities instead of states it's easy. I only need a pattern whit 1 or 2 cities and some districtis for each, then i do the changes. In addition, i need add to searchbox options a new field, for search properties for meters, and to change beds parameter for type of property. I hope your answers. Best Regards
