Custom Wordpress theme required

Hello I have an image of a design for a website homepage. I need someone to create a WordPress theme based exactly on my design (attached). The theme requires only 2 page designs but i want you work just on the homepage design provided. The project is in two stages. First stage is for me to find out your skill level and to see how we communicate and work together. You will therefore need to design the theme and host it on YOUR OWN server. As i will be trying a number of freelancers, i will only be able to pay a small amount for this project but i do not need you to send me the final theme. I just want to see how good your work is. The second stage. If your work is good then i will ask you to do the second page of the theme (which is easier than the homepage) but i will pay you $100 this time and i will need the theme files sending to me. You will be paid once i have been able to install the theme correctly. Please send me links to samples of themes you have coded yourself and NOT using theme generators.
