Custom Wordpress plugin that automatically posts new blog posts to the front page in a custom style/layout

I am looking for someone to create a plugin that will automatically post new blog posts to the front page of our wordpress homepage. > Right now, we have a static homepage for a news site, using wordpress. It has been custom coded to look exactly as we want. The problem is, when we post a new blog post, we have to manually add each new blog post preview to the front page because the code is static. We want to streamline this process. > We want a plugin that automatically takes a pre-defined snippet of our post and replaces the front page with the new content. Each time we post a new blog post, it will need to be overwritten/change. > It will need to be smart enough to take our featured image and to resize it automatically.
