Creation of Wordpress Theme

I need a Wordpress theme developed. I will provide you the PSD's for the design and will give you a full brief of my requirements of how I want it to work. I need it to have the ability to be easily customised for different purposes through the admin area (so, a dedicated admin panel with required options). While I need it to be easily customisable, it is not a complicated design.
Theme needs to be:
- Responsive (views optimally on various devices i.e. smartphone, tablet etc)
- Integration of the Revolution slider plugin
- Well coded
