Create a Wordpress plugin

We have a Wordpress based website which includes a list of available accommodation. Each of the available accommodation listings links through to a page with more detail on. Currently we are manually adding new available to the list of available accommodation and then creating a detail page for each and linking to it. We need a plugin creating which allows us to add / remove accommodation e.g. we will fill in details for new accommodation on an admin screen and click save and the plugin will auto add the accommodation to the list of all available accommodation and aslo create the detail page for that accommodation. If you have good experience with Wordpress and creating plugins this will be straight forward. A full detailed brief will be provided to the winning bidder.
