Add interactive map and make some changes on wordpress multilingual site

I need to add an interactive map on my wordpress site. I have html/css map with javascript but i would like to integrate this with database using custom fields (if i insert a city in the custom field, than the city on the map will be clickable). I use custom post type plugin and xili-language plugin. I need to use map and taxonomies in three languages. Contact me for details
