C++ to C# with plug-in manager

I have an Visual C++ app would need to upgrade to .net C#, the app already written function as list below. And plug-in manager.

## Deliverables

Job descriptions as follow:

**** C++ to .Net C# and enhance ****

* 2 functions below already done in C++, need upgrade to .Net C#

1) ? Get XML from web and detect local USB VID/PID for matching, if matched, then display cooresponding webpage

2) ? Login to web, if ok, then allow to upload file to web

3)? Make this app as service, close to tray or exit

4) ? Make the app install using install-shield

5) ? One click live update

**** New tasks ****

1)? I want a plug in manager, allow app to accept .dll plug-in from web

2)? Get full plug-in list from web (read web XML), for installed plug-in, ask for upgrade to new version if availiable from web

3)? Can Install, Remove plug-in

4)? Main application can? manage plug-in

**** Plug-in sample ****

* "Hello world" plug-in .dll samples for VB, VC++, VC#

* Convert? included audio capture module into plug-in .dll

YOU MUST SEE THE ATTACHED POWERPOINT FOR DETAILS.

This is a full project and I assuming you could assist to take care the details of logic, very emphasis on the plug-in manager with versioning update, if you are experienced on this type of application, this is a USD $300 project.
