convert youtube(.flv) +.swf files to different video formats

I need an application for windows computers that will take [login to view URL] videos (.flv format) and also (.swf )format and convert them to a choice of a few different video formats (with sound of course) example : .flv file > converts to mpg a lot of websites now have videos encoded in flash formats but i would like to have a program that can change it to a format that can be edited with more ease. for example, you cannot edit a flash video easily but if you convert it to mpg or wmv or avi, then you can easily edit with a video editing program and always change it backif you like. this application should contain instructions in english. include the installer just like a program that you purchase. I will be selling this pplication so it should look professional with easy controls and convert to the 3 video formats listed above with the appropriate sound codecs for the formats (of course). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
