Device Access Control Management

This application locks devices installed in ur pc, like keyboeard, mouse. But this project mostly focus in nonstorage devices, like bluetooth adpaters, wifi etc. we more want it to be cross platform which can be applied with linux, mac or windows platform. And we want the permission or the control per user account. Hope u can help us this is our project in school. We were just hoping somebody will help us on which programming tool we can use and all the reseources that we will be needing so we can start to build it on our own. ANy help will be appreciated. Thnaks guys!!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) This are the specifications:

a)To develop a flexible tool that can be used in different possible platform.

b)To prevent the application to be terminated in a client station.

c)To build up a tool that can control user access by user-level.

d) Applied in a network.

5) This are the problems:

a) Existing applications are not flexible into other platforms.

b) Existing applications can be terminated ina a lient station by a user.

c) Existing applications controls permission per computers.

Run on all windows platform, and on Linux platforms, on MAc platforms
