Develop small application in Mozilla/Firefox environment

Use the open source at the link below to develop an application that receives a URL, converts it to an encypted format and checks if it exists in a table of encrypted URLs. Including build script that runs in Visual Studio environment 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): b) For Windows desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: Instructions how to add the dll to external applications and what are the requirements for 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
