Custom Automated Page Builder for Windows

I am looking for a coder to create a Windows application based on a series of cgi and php scripts. The goal is to create a desktop application that will quickly and easily build web pages based on a keyword or series of keywords. My linux/unix programmer has already created a series of scripts that he has used to build several sites. An example is [[login to view URL]][1]. You can see that the site includes several features based on keywords. Feature include: - auctions (pulled from ebay) - articles (pulled from a free reprint article database) - images (from a variety of sites) - news (from various news feeds) I desktop application would run in windows (all platforms) and be able to create a similar site based on at least 3 keywords. Users will be able to select from a series of standard templates or include their own custom artwork. Users must be able to build a site without having html knowledge through a friendly interface, or be able to have complete control over look and feel of the site with a detailed interface. Users will be able to easily include their adsense code on all pages. I am interested in expanding the number of features and feeds to be able to provide more benefits to page building. I am open to new ideas and eager to work with a creative programmer who can help bring this application to life. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This program must run on all versions of Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME and Windows XP.
