Create msi package for Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software V7.0

I want to have to have? Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software V7.0 packaged into msi format with Wise package studio? but the installation manager that is installed at first by the installer should not be contained in the msi. Please create a package where you start capturing after the installation monitor is installed ,? so it is not contained in the package. The software can be downloaded here <[login to view URL]> If there any other alternative methods for installing rad without installation manager, please advise me.
