Compress any file any size to 1kb

I am looking for a coder that can code a WINDOWS software that can compress any file to 1kb size. I will buy this technology. I am thinking the program should make the hard disk of the user thinks a file is deleted, hence there is no file size. But when its double clicked, it will appear back to the hard dive. e.g. lets call this program "X", "X" compressed a 600mb file named "A", the "A" file becomes 1kb in size, and it is only accessable when I double click it, then the "X" program will opens "A" file, and shows it real actual size. Then if I want to extract "A" file to the desktop, it will becomes 600 MB again. Serious team of coder(s) only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
