Chinese web site modification

having a web site ([[login to view URL]][1]) written in PHP and involve Mysql database, I need someone to modify it. The coder need to know how to handle the Chinese character. This is only a small project. Please refer to the file attached for the detail. This web site was created by using Oscommerce. The one who get this project will be my first choice for the next modification. ## Deliverables 1. Coder need to set up a same environment at his/her side to show what he/she has done. (password will be given to the coder to download the whole codes and database from my web site) 2.
