CSS Layout

I am developing a Stock Market Game where you can buy and sell stocks with psuedo money. I have a rough design laid out in Photoshop which I would like converted to CSS. Also, as I use dynamically created tables to show the user data, the CSS will have to include code/layout for tables. I will give serious bidders access to my *rough* ongoing development site to see what I mean (I emphasize the word rough). Also, a CSS Menubar code must also follow. Also, optionally, logo for the Stock Market Game is requested. Site must render correctly in all major browsers (IE5.0+, Opera6.0+,Firefox1.0+,Safari) and pass w3c validation. I WILL check the design with all these browsers and w3c. This project will be ongoing the next two months. Minor changes to design might be requested. Therefore, bidder should take this into account. However, no major redesign will be requested of bidder. A will pay for the milestone of complete design (CSS + optional LOGO) (2 weeks) and when I finish the project and all changes have been applied (2 Months Estimate). Percent of milestone payment and final payment is negotiable. This project will require communication between me and designer and SUGGESTIONS and DESIGN IDEAS ARE WELCOME! The communication medium will be rentacoder approved only, no MSN or other unofficial medium. All deliverables are in their original and derived format (i.e. PSD and PNG's for Photoshop, CSS for Stylesheets, Javascript code if any etc....). Designers with no samples (NO table design samples) and low rating need not bid. This is not a difficult project, but I require QUALITY work. PHP Experience is a plus. I look forward to hearing from you. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
