Build AutoUpdating Application Installer for existing VS 2005 Project

I have an existing winforms app written in C#. I am using ClickOnce to deploy the application but ClickOnce is not compatible with client machines that use a proxy server that requires authentication. I would like someone to package up an installer for this project (I will send you the complete project when your bid is accepted). I would also like for the application to have auto update capabilities. Basically, the application, on startup, will check for updates. If updates are available, the application will download and install the updates then start itself up with the new updates. The installer should be built along with this project in Visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition. For this project to be successful, the application must be able to update over a proxy connection that requires authentication. The details of updating are as follows: I will have a directory on my web server containing an xml file (the tree structure doesn't matter) that will contain the latest version number. The application will check this file to see if its own version number is less than the latest version. If it is, it will prompt the user to update or cancel. If the user decides to update, the application will download and install the updates and start with the new updated code. The structure of the server will be as follows: /some_folder - will contain the xml file /some_folder/application_version_number/ will contain all files for that update Upon reading the xml file, the updater should goto /some_folder/application_version_number to download the latest version. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform C#, Windows XP, Windows Vista, .NET 2.0
