Bakery Business Operations Guide

The target product is a multi media cd-rom which is a general manager's or owners interactive user's guide to the systems, operations, key personel, history and business plans for our business (small cake and cookies bakery). Will also have sections that can be user defined such as 'product recipes', 'market research', business/financialplans and forecasts etc. *PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICS FOR BASIC IDEA *Overall navigation, user-friendly point-and-click and superb graphic design components are essential. The multi-media product will have an entire quick reference 'map' of our business and easy navigation to any general or specific areas of interest. The product must have password prevention and security access restrictions so that the general manager can access everything but the accounts manager or telemarketer can only access relevant 'how to section' for their department. The final product must have the ability to allow constant change of content and addition of data and video or audio instructions for operations of each department. Step by step flow charts describing the system for each area of the business such as sales, admin, purchasing, baking, packing, delivery etc. The product must have its own help menu or online user's guide plus printed accompanying manual. I need the final MM business user's guide product to be generic so that any other business with its own history, products/services or departments can use it and simply add their own info. As the product development requires no content(inputed by users) it needs to be priced according to the fact that it is only 'skeleton' structure and the user will have much more input work to do once installing -which could take several weeks/months for the user - therefore must keep the price low.
