* **Few words about our Project Concept.** The sample forms along with the Project development strategy that we feel the best suited for our Project development and yet less time consuming to implement is attached to this Bid Request. Please download all the attachments and study it, especially the [login to view URL] file and the sample form. There are total 25 different forms categorized into two separate categories ... named as Black Folder and White Folder. Both these categories denote two different set of Forms intended to collect two different sort of information sets. When the Application will start, we would like to present the User an Interface where he will be able to select the group of Forms and then present the Application interface only with the Forms in that category. For example, if user selects Black Folder, then on the main Interface of Application, he should see only the forms, which belong to Black Folder category. We will provide the complete set of Word Documents to the selected Bidder. When User will revisit any of the Forms that he has filled (doesn't matter if partially or fully), Application should show all the available information for that form on Application's Interface. It's necessary that application should also check the validity of information while user enters it. For example, if there is an Email address field in "Contact Information" then Application should check if user has entered a valid Email address or else it should present a error-message in a very friendly and descriptive language with correct English Grammar and without any spelling mistakes. This is very important! The Application is expected to save the information to some backend data storage and later create a complete section-wise report in HTML as well as MS Word format. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
