APP for a loyalty program - Must work on iphone and Android

I am looking to create an app for a loyalty program. The app needs to sync the customer's account information onto our website.

The app program needs to work with iphone OS and Android phones and be able to be upgraded for future releases of phone operating systems

I need someone that understands how to build apps, website interface, and secure databases to store information.
