Hi, Thanks for inviting me to bid on your project, I have been developing websites with Joomla since 2008. I also have experience with OpenCart. I'm available to start right now. In order to better understand the scope of your project I would need more information about what you mean by Control Panel. What kind of features do you want in this control panel? One solution could be to install Joomla and OpenCart in the same MySQL instance and define for instance bridges between the OpenCart user tables and the Joomla user table. This way the logins would be identical I can also use a Joomla extension called Seblod that would allow to define reports based on both OpenCart an Joomla data. I would need however to get detailed specifications on the parts that you want accessed via the control panel. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
